2004
Onicx Begins Its Construction Journey
We launched in 2004 with a design-build approach focused on delivering quality, coordination, and dependable execution. This milestone marked the beginning of our long-term commitment to construction excellence.
2012
First Ground-Up Healthcare Projects
We completed our first in-house ground-up developments: Trinity Medical Center (86,000 sq. ft.) and Poinciana Medical Center (40,000 sq. ft.). These projects expanded our healthcare portfolio and demonstrated our growing capabilities.
2015
Expansion Into South Florida
We opened our Miami office to support a 100,000 sq. ft. medical office building on Biscayne Bay. This expansion strengthened our South Florida presence and enabled us to manage larger, more complex construction programs.
2020
Major Multi-Use Project in Lake Nona
We began construction management on a multi-use development along Lake Nona Blvd., including 13,000 sq. ft. of retail, 264 garden apartments, and a 45,000 sq. ft. medical office building, further diversifying our project portfolio.
2025
Entry Into Florida’s Space Coast
We broke ground on Parktowne Industrial in Edgewater, FL. This new industrial park marks our expansion into the Space Coast and reinforces our continued growth across Florida’s high-demand construction markets.
